Warranty Policy

12 Months Warranty Policy

All products purchased from this website (www.sysperlshop.com) will enjoy our "12 months warranty policy".

Original products deemed defective at SYSPERL's sole discretion will be repaired or replaced within 12 months from the date of original purchase.

 

 This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  1. The product is physically damaged;
  2. Damage caused by improper installation, improper use or abnormality, misuse, negligence or accident (including but not limited to transporting this product without proper preparation and/or packaging);
  3. Consumables and accessories whose rated life has expired; and problems not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
  4. Products and/or product parts that are easy to wear, including side brushes, HEPA with sponge, mops, magnetic strips, cleaning brushes, brush guard etc.
  5. Problems arising from other than defects in materials or workmanship.

 

Return the Goods

Undamaged products can be returned for any reason and refunded in full within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the designated delivery address. Once the returned items are returned to SYSPERL's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

 

You can apply for our return and refund service under the following conditions:

√  If the product has no manufacturing defects and is still in a brand new or similar brand new state, within 30 days after receiving the product.

√  If the product has a manufacturing defect, within 2 days after receiving the product.

 

Refund Service will not be provided where:

× Free products.

× It is required to exceed 30 days after receiving the product.

× Products sent back to SYSPERL for return and refund services do not include all original accessories, accessories or packaging, or any items that are not new or in a similar new state, that is, cracks, dents or scratches.

× Legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice that is not provided or is reasonably considered to be forged or falsified. 

× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.

× There are traces of tampering or alteration on the product label, serial number, and waterproof logo.

× The product is damaged due to uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, wind or lightning.

× The product is not delivered to SYSPERL within 7 days after SYSPERL sends the confirmation of return and refund service.

× Purchase from unauthorized dealers.

× It has been repaired by a third party.
